Living Home is confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't happy with a product or an item arrives damaged, we want to make things right!
If your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Refunds are accepted on new or slightly used products only. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days letting you know if your return has been approved for a refund. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for returned products that have been mishandled or damaged by misuse, and that sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
