What payment methods do you take?
We accept payments through our shop via Paypal or any major credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
When can I expect my order to arrve?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can see exactly what day your order will arrive!
How do I manage my subscription?
You received an email when you purchased your first subscription product with a link to manage your subscriptions. If you can't find that email or aren't sure how to manage your subscription, please feel free to reach out to us and we can help.
What is your return policy?
Living Home is confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't happy with a product or an item arrives damaged, we want to make things right!
If your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Refunds are accepted on new or slightly used products only. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days letting you know if your return has been approved for a refund. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for returned products that have been mishandled or damaged by misuse, and that sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
